Abstract

This thesis is part of the management schemes policy, which allow obtaining a high yield of productivity, using the best techniques of irrigation, while preserving water resources, taking into account climatic conditions, soil quality and water quality. Using qualitative methods to determine the requisite of crops and presented in a way that water efficiency is the best , the study addresses hydro-agricultural development in semi-arid area in the region of Laghouat focusing on localized the irrigation system which is the most efficient system.
