Abstract

In Algeria, especially in the area of Khenchela , the availability of water resources is decreasing during these last years because of draught and over-exploitation of these valuable resources which affect the agricultural domain considerably. To cure this worrying situation, the good management of these resources remains most possible. This project, aims at ameliorating managing and distributing water in good circumstances. Qualitative methods are used to determine crop requirements, in order to obtain the maximum water efficiency. depending on irrigation system localized which is the most efficient
