Etude de l'aménagement du cours d'eau d'oued Harbil de la (w. Medea)

Abstract

Urban floods are currently one of the most important hydraulic issues both for the government and water actors. In this context, a sensitive floodable zone crossed by "Oued Harbil" will be studied. This phenomenon presents a great danger to the inhabitants, which led us to propose a system of landscaping of the rivers. It is a question of making a choice about various installations that can be set up increase the hydraulic capacity of the river considers. We initially estimated the project flow; then we drew up a diagnostic of river and we made a simulation of the hundred-year flood to locate floodplain. And finally, the description of the proposed landscaping options to choose the most suitable one based on a technical and economic point of view.
