| Abstract: | The present study is part of the protection of Verte Rive shoreline, located in the municipality of Borj El Kiffan, because it is undergoing a degradation of its coastline by the effect of sea waves over a length of 1400 m. The design of sea protection dikes or break waters was made by the wave behaviour in the offshore and its transformation in the near shore. This allowed us to project several variants, one of four breakwaters and another of three immersed break waters.
