dc.description.abstractFloods are very destructive natural phenomena. To face their dangers, man has designed multiple prevention strategies based on well-defined criteria. In order to verify the performance of management plans, they have to be evaluated. The risk of the flood must first be assessed, including the determination of the flood hazard as well as the vulnerability. To carry out this work, there are several evaluation methods. In this study we will see the steps to follow to assess the risks of flooding in order to design an effective management plan.en_US
