Abstract

We have done this thesis in the aim of contributing to the actual policy of the irrigated areas management in a way to attain a high investment, using the best technics of irrigation system from one part, and a better management and potentialities preservation: water resource and ground resources from the other part. This will only be if we adopt a modern irrigation system which their reliability, i.e: localized irrigation, aspersion irrigation the most developed with the evolution of science and technology. These systems present many advantages such as saving water, with the lowest cost yet the best efficiency. That’s why, we chose to work on the perimeter of the Tafna Ysser located in Tlemcen, which is considered as a wealth for the western region and a virgin zone ready to be exploited
