Our final thesis deals with the construction of a treatment plant in order to improve the ecological conditions of the city of Beni Merad (W. BLIDA), and to protect the natural environment as well as the public health. In this study, we have sized a wastewater treatment plant using activated sludge for two horizons, namely the first horizon which will make it possible to treat the wastewater of nearly 405,707 equivalent inhabitants in 2030. Then the second horizon 2045 (extension) corresponds to an increase in the initial capacity of the station, ie 505,730 inhabitant equivalents.en_US
