Abstract: This dissertation is part of the project to extend irrigation systems in order to achieve optimal planning of water resources in the region of Ain Zaouia Wilaya of Tizi Ouzou. Our approach is based on an irrigation system aimed at covering 117 hectares of varied cultivable land. This integrated network runs from the Ain Zaouia dam, located at an altitude of 260 meters, to the area to be irrigated. Distribution is carried out via PEHD and FONTE pipes through the gravity network. We carefully analyzed the water requirements of each crop, followed by comprehensive hydraulic simulations. This methodology allowed us to determine the optimal pipe diameters, guaranteeing optimal technical conditions in terms of pressure and flow
