| Abstract: | The objective of our project consists in dimensioning an industrial wastewater treatment plant in the Soummam Dairy, which will treat all the wastewater produced by this industry, their quantities are estimated at about 2220 m3/D. And this in order to preserve the environment and public health in addition of internal water reuse. This study deals with two main aspects: The first one consists in studying the characteristics of this industrial wastewater; the results obtained showed that we are facing a water very loaded with pollutants and of a nature that is not easily biodegradable. The second part concerns the dimensioning of the wastewater treatment plant based on the analysis of the industrial wastewater directly discharged into Oued Soummam Béjaia |
