Abstract

The primary objective of our thesis is to examine the sewerage network of the city 08 Mai 1945, known as SORECAL, in response to the rapid population growth in the region. This growth has led to an increased discharge of water, contributing to the deterioration of the aging pipes within the sewerage network, thereby adversely affecting the environment and public health. Following the comprehensive collection of necessary data, we conducted a thorough diagnosis of the current state of the sewerage network. We estimated the volume of water flows requiring drainage, calculated new dimensions, and conducted a study aimed at rehabilitating the existing network and eliminating unregulated discharges, which we deemed imperative. Additionally, we assessed the project from an economic perspective, estimating the total cost, while prioritizing the timely completion of the work
