It is entirely commendable to note that the authorities in Algeria recognize the growing challenges associated with pollution caused by urban sprawl and overpopulation, especially in major cities. The establishment of urban wastewater treatment plants is a crucial step to preserve the natural environment, protect public health, and sustainably manage water resources, particularly for irrigation. Our work focuses on the design of the wastewater treatment plant in Bordj Ghedir, located in the Bordj Bouariridj province. This is of great importance for responsible water management and pollution reduction. By designing these facilities appropriately, you not only address pollution issues but also promote the reuse of treated water, which is beneficial for agriculture and the preservation of freshwater resources.en_US
