The study aims to assess the current state of the sanitation network by identifying existing problems and anomalies. It also focuses on proposing rehabilitation solutions to address these issues. The primary objective is to enhance the performance of the sanitation system to ensure public health and meet the community's needs. The main issue encountered in the OUM-Toub region in the SKIKDA province lies in the aging sanitation system, characterized by the lack of connection between discharge points and a lack of regular maintenance. Within the scope of this study, we have addressed this situation by reinforcing the discharge points and renovating the damaged channels, thus ensuring the efficient drainage of all rainwater.en_US
