Domestic wastewater from the city of MAHDIA is currently discharged directly into the wadi, which represents a significant threat to human health and the environment; therefore, it is imperative to set up a treatment plant to protect the receiving stream. The choice of a treatment technique depends on several factors, such as the size of the population served, the flow of wastewater, the organic load contained in these waters, and the associated operating costs. The objective of this work is to know the purification process by aerated lagoon. Then to carry out the sizing of all the structures and all the infrastructures necessary for our treatment plant.en_US
