| dc.description.abstract | The town of Boudouaou is threatened by floods due to the Wadi Boudouaou overflow. In order to find a solution to this problem, we conducted a detailed study of the wadi Boudouaou watershed and identified its geographic, geometric, morphologic and hydrographic characteristics using the ArcGis program. We have also figure out its climatic and hydrologic features. This study allowed us to determine the maximum amount of flow. We then created a flood zone map using HEC RAS and HEC-GeoRAS software. Finally, we chose the best protection model of the city. | en_US |
