dc.description.abstract	Our work focuses on the protection against floods the western city Constantine. These floods are caused by wadi "RHUMEL". This phenomenon presents a great danger to the inhabitants, which led us to propose a system of landscaping of the rivers. In this context, we have used several disciplines. First, we have established a hydrological study for the analysis of precipitations and the quantification of flows. Then, a topographic and hydraulic study for the simulation with the HEC-RAS software. And finally, the description of the proposed landscaping options to choose the most suitable one based on a technical and economic point of view.	en_US
