Abstract:	The objective of this work is the study of hydro-agricultural development of the CHAREF perimeter. The perimeter covers an area of 282 ha in the wilaya of Djelfa supplied with water by the hill reservoir EL-HADJIA. The project includes a detailed study of the area (climate, ecology, water and soil resources) that helps us estimate the water needs of crops in order to design an appropriate irrigation network. We used two irrigation techniques, drip and sprinkler systems, due to their hydraulic and agronomic efficiency. The study allowed us to increase agricultural production by using optimal irrigation systems and better water resources management
