In recent years, the agricultural sector 05 located in the Middle Chéliff plain has experienced a decline in the cost-effectiveness of agricultural production, and this is due to the quality of the groundwater used in its irrigation, which contains a large proportion of salts and in turn affects the growth of plants and agricultural crops. Relevant to this, the objective of this project is to study the hydro-agricultural development of this sector by providing it with a good quality irrigation network from the Oum Drou dam to the crops. For this, we collected and analyzed the necessary data, the natural factor and various resources related to our study, and based on an estimated study we planned and sized an irrigation network that ensures the arrival of water with sufficient flow and pressure. To guarantee an optimal use of water, we have suggested the use of modern irrigation techniques which allow to have more yield and minimal water losses, all this with the least possible cost.en_US
