Abstract

The objective of this study is to find a better way to master rainwater management works at the level of the city of Khemisti Tissemsilt through the determination of all geomorphological, climatic, and hydrological parameters, this allows the flow of the flood to be removed and the appropriate variant for the protection to be chosen. The final project is changed the direction of Ain el Hamra and the collection with the quoted Rumel is used open channel to well defined dimensions and also we use the scuppers in the crosses to facilitate the passage to his roads and all flood zones can be grouped into a single map for better protection of the city
