Abstract

The area of F’kirina dedicated to agriculture, located in the wilaya of Oum El Bouaghi, is experiencing a water shortage due to fluctuating rains, which has become a difficult problem for farmers. The aim of this present work has an aspect of the actual policy of the irrigated areas management in a way to attain a high investment feedback, showing a better efficiency of the irrigation system from one part, and a better management and potentialities preservation: water resource and ground resources on the other part. This by adoption of modern irrigation system, which their reliability, localized irrigation, the most developed with the evolution of science and technology. This system many advantages like the water efficiency and the high yields of crops.
