Abstract

The capacity of the Foum El Khonga dam allowed the creation of new irrigated areas in the wilaya of Oum El Bouaghi and Souk Ahras. The aim of this work has an aspect of the actual policy of the irrigated areas management in a way to attain a high investment feedback, showing a better efficiency of the irrigation system from one part, and a better management and potentialities preservation: water resource and ground resources from the other part. This is achieved by adopting modern irrigation system, which has proved their reliability, localized irrigation, aspersion irrigation the most developed with the evolution of science and technology.
