Etude d'aménagement hydro-agricole du périmètre El Tarf secteur Sud (440 ha) à partir du barrage de Bouhalloufa (w. El Tarf)

Abstract

El-Tarf city has all qualities that make it economically a significant region both nationally and locally, due to as important water and agricultural resources. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to provide the Al-Tarf plain whose area is estimated at 440 hectares, from the Bouhalloufa dam, with an irrigation network containing economical systems such as drip irrigation system. This has been done after studying the characteristics of the region such as climate, soil quality and water resources. The purpose is to increase yields, save water and diversify agricultural crops with the aim of enhancing the level of economic profit.
