Abstract

The objective of this analytical and technical study is to prepare the agricultural zone of the region of the plain of Chlef, in order to ensure optimal cultivation and irrigation for the region of BSAKRA, commune of OUM Drou , from the oum Drou dam. To drain the excess water, for this we have conducted an economic study to ensure the best for farms and dams due to the abundance of excess water, especially in the dry season, when the demand for water IS plentiful.
