Since 2010, farmers have been facing irrigation problems in the town of Beni Slimane, located in the southwest of Medea. This makes it necessary to think of establishing a dam in order to meet the needs of farmers to avoid losses in agriculture. After analyzing the results obtained by the National Dams and Transfers Agency (ANBT), ), it was concluded that the waters of the EL-Malleh wadi flow, constitute a basin suitable for the construction of 'an earthen dam, which has been proven by geological, hydrogeological and geotechnical analyzes. This thesis is built upon a careful selection of the appropriate proposal and the meticulous design of the dam, ensuring its strength. Regarding the implementation, a detailed explanation has been provided, covering every step of the construction process.en_US
