dc.description.abstract | The objective of our thesis is to design a new flood spillway adjacent to the old one, using a dimensional approach. This approach involves a thorough analysis of the hydrological and hydraulic characteristics of the area, along with considering the capacities and limitations of the existing spillway. Our goal is to optimize water flow management, enhance flood resistance capacity, all while ensuring compatibility and synergy between the new and old structures. This thesis aims to provide precise recommendations to ensure the effectiveness, safety, and sustainability of the flood spillway as a whole. | en_US |
