| Abstract: | The aim of my thesis is to make the necessary changes, and hydro-agricultural development of Setif plains to irrigate the area enclosed with water from the dam Mehouane and will be feeds by water from the dam Ighil Emda. In this study, it comes out that irrigation is essential to develop agriculture because in some semi-arid areas ; rainfall is insufficient and irregular, which implies the introduction of new irrigation techniques such as the system of drops and sprinkling drops, optimizing the use of water by plant and limit losses. |
