Etude de protection de la ville de Ghazaouet contre Les inondations (Oued Ghazouana) (Wilaya de Tlemcen)

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to study the development of oued Ghazouana located in the city of Ghazaouet in the province of Tlemcen, for protection against floods. Our study includes several essential parts, firstly, a presentation of the study area was detailed. Followed by a hydrological study to determine the flood flows. Secondly, we moved on to the diagnosis aimed at identifying the main problems of the oued imposed on the site, in order to make a pre-selection of the variants, then we arrived at a feasible project that seems to be the most suitable to guarantee the protection of the municipality against floods and the integration of these under-equipped neighborhoods into the urban fabric, and finally we determine the duration and the cost for the implementation of this project.
